Wholesale Policy

MINIMUM ORDERS: We have a low $75.00 minimum per order with some set quantities. You must order the minimum for your order to be shipped! If it does not meet our minimum, we will NOT process your order and you will not be notified. If you just want to try our products out you may order from our retail page.
Re-selling of our products via online auctions or websites is strictly prohibited!

We sell wholesale to retail stores and/or individuals who sell in booths at craft/consignment or antique shops, only, in the US50!! No exceptions! We must have your most current and valid tax ID and/or business license # on the order to process it. Our shopping cart requires you to put in your Tax ID for your order to go thru. Faxed orders must have it printed on them for the order to process. You may email us at kountrylights@aol.com or fax us- 1-813-780-8571- your Tax ID.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Paypal, and Money Orders.US 50 states only please. NO COD.

PAYPAL Payments: If you choose payment by paypal, please include your paypal email address in the space provided in the shopping cart so we can send the invoice to you. WE WILL NOT process the order until payment is received. Also, YOU MUST have the order shipped to a "confirmed" paypal mailing address, if your address is not a confirmed address with Paypal the order will be canceled. We no longer accept unconfirmed shipping addresses!

Invoices for paypal orders are sent out when the order comes up for processing, which normally is approx. 10-20 days after you place your order, if we are not backed up in a busy season. Once you receive the invoice, please pay immediately so we can process the order, once payment is made the order will ship out approx. 7 business days later. You will receive an email shipping notice from the carrier for tracking purposes.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY: All orders are custom made fresh and PREPAID! We do not do Net30 at this time, for that you may use your cc, it would be the same thing. The shopping cart does not include shipping charges, we charge approx. shipping which is included in your final invoice enclosed with your order. Shipping usually runs between 12 - 25% of total order, depending on your shipping zone. (For a quote please email us a copy of your order).
Once we receive your order electronically, you will receive an email receipt.
If paying with Paypal, we will send a Paypal invoice for amount due when your order is ready for processing.

NOTE ON FALL/HOLIDAY ORDERS:
We accept orders up until the first week of November. After that we are closed until January 5th. We ask that all wholesale customers please be patient during this busy time as we do get backed up with processing orders. We can't stress enough to get your holiday orders in early and indicate a ship time on the order in the Special Request box of the shopping cart, for instance, if you place an order in July for holidays, but do not want it shipped until September or October, we will hold it until that time and your card will not be charged until 7-10 days before the ship date. We can't accept any rush orders during this period. We work orders as they come in and ship out accordingly.

Since all our items are made fresh as ordered, we try to ship within 15 days of order date, to give us time to make your items, however during busy seasons, and holidays, your order may be delayed further due to volume of orders coming in. If we are backed up and shipment delayed longer than that, there will be a notice placed on our website's main wholesale page with the ship time. If you order from us, you are agreeing to these terms, please don't email us asking when your order will ship before you have allowed this amount of time to pass, as we probably can't tell you an exact date, but please know, you WILL receive a tracking email from Fedex/UPS the day it ships, so you can know the exact date of delivery by visiting the tracking url in the email once your receive it.

We ship only to the US 48 via Fedex or UPS, Hawaii, Alaska & PR are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please feel free to email us for a shipping quote. We only ship to actual street addresses, no P.O. Boxes please! .

  • All orders are shipped FEDEX Ground or UPS, except HI, AK, and PR which are shipped USPS, unless you request other arrangements. (If your shop or residence is within 45 miles radius of us, we offer delivery if your order is over $250.00, there will be a $7.00 surcharge for gas. 

  • During the HOT WEATHER MONTHS, we ship orders only on a Monday or Tuesday at our discretion to insure that your product arrives in good condition. This may cause a slight delay in you receiving your order.

TERRITORIAL EXCLUSIONS: To be eligible for exclusive rights to our candles in your zip code area or 60 mile radius, you must order regularly from us. Orders must equal a minimum of $1,500 in products every quarter (3 month period). If 6 months go by and we have not received an order from your business, the exclusivity is canceled automatically (no notice will be given) and we will offer another shop in the area the right to order our products. This rule also applies to orders that do not equal our minimum of $1,500 per 3 month period. Please Email us if any questions.

SAMPLES: We are not able to provide free samples, unless you place an order of 100.00 or more (of, which then, you will receive a free candle or votive sample, our choice of scent), however, we do offer a couple of sample packages (1 per customer) you can purchase without having to meet the $75.00 minimum, please see our Samples Page. Or you may wish to try our retail site at Kountrylights.com and make a purchase there to sample some of our products, without having to meet any minimums.

PACKAGING: We strive for excellent packaging, as we do not want damaged goods returned anymore than you do! We use quality packaging materials and boxes. All candles come with our logo on the labels, unless otherwise personalized , however, we do not place our website address on our wholesale orders labels.

PRICING: Our pricing is subject to change at any time. Please check our website or email us for current pricing. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, you may do so, provided the candles have not been made, you may cancel and receive a refund/credit. If candles have been made, then only 50% of total will be refunded (to cover cost of materials used). We do not accept cancellations if your order has already been shipped!

DAMAGED ITEMS: All damaged  goods must be reported directly to us within 3 DAYS after receipt of order, so we may file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. At that time, we will investigate the claim and will apply credit/refund once the carrier gives us credit.

RETURNS: 

  • Kountry Lights Candles will only pay for shipping of any items returned because of an error on our part, such as wrong item shipped or extra items. You must ship postage paid and once we receive the item, and it is checked and no damage occurred during shipment, a credit will be applied to said account for shipping.

  • All other returns must be shipped to us freight prepaid within 30 days of receipt of such items. These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be packed adequately to prevent damage in shipment. 

  • At the time we receive and inspect returned merchandise, we will apply a credit of the purchase price minus 15% towards your next order.



MISC POLICIES: We reserve the right NOT to sell to certain individuals/businesses should we deem it necessary, mainly due to previous history, either because of nonpayment, harassment, etc. If said person/persons should place an order, order will be discarded and they will not be notified.

We will not refund any monies due to either purchaser not liking our product or the fact that you may not be able to sell our product in your business. If you place a large order and it does not sell for you, there will be NO refunds! This is the buyers responsibilty, that is why we expect newcomers to try our products in a smaller amount first or place a retail order to try them your self first to see if you like the product/packaging, etc. or will be able to sell the product in your area.
